Return Policy

Blackburn Marine Distributing strives to provide 100% customer satisfaction in every area of business. Blackburn will take back items purchased within the last 60 days with NO RESTOCK FEE. Purchased items dating over 60 days may incur an additional fee or be ineligible for return.

Also, Blackburn does not take back used items. An item is considered "used" if it is not in the exact condition as when it was sold. Items that have been mounted onto the engine/drive/boat, even if they have not been engaged, are considered used parts and will not be eligible for return.

For warranty items, please refer to the manufacturer warranty policies. If an item requires shipping to the manufacturer for inspection, please contact Blackburn directly for assistance.

Shipping Methods

We offer shipping utilizing several different service providers. We currently offer shipping via UPS, FedEx Ground, United States Postal Service, and Blackburn Private Delivery (to those on delivery routes). We do our best to ship orders the same day they are placed, but please keep in mind when ordering that shipping is time sensitive. Orders placed later in the afternoon may not be able to be shipped the same day depending on the service provider being used.
